There are multiple channels or customer touch points available to today's marketer. It's a matter of developing the appropriate message and choosing the correct delivery channel for your audience. For some this might be via a website, email marketing or SMS messaging. For others it might be a telephone call or house visit.
It all comes down to your target market and their preference for receiving your communication.
