Interview Advice for Sears Holdings Corporate Interview (Store Management Training Program)?
ByI have a 2nd interview with Sears at their corporate headquarters in Chicago. They are flying me out there and putting me up in a hotel and I am a bit nervous and would love any advice about the interview process. I am interviewing for the Management Training program. I am graduating in June with my Bachelors in Business Administration. I really need any helpful advice to make the trip and interviews go smoother. There are 2 scheduled interviews and then some sort of group activity. I appreciate it!
You must have done something right for them to fly you to their HQ…so good job!!
Most MTP interviews consist of behavioral / situational based questions from my experiences. The interviewer will ask you to describe a time that you've dealt with a bad customer and how you handled it, etc. These all should be real experiences that you've had.

Good Luck!!

You have shown abilities that they want. Be a team player but don't be afraid to show your independence and good judgment.
